A Veteran-Led, Self-Sustaining Future

March 2025

Executive Summary

Five Nines Consulting (FNC) is a veteran-led initiative designed to provide military veterans with a structured pathway to career success, homeownership, and entrepreneurship. By combining hands-on labor, technical education, and community building, FNC ensures that highly skilled veterans from combat arms, Special Operations, Airborne, and the Marine Corps transition seamlessly into meaningful civilian roles while maintaining a strong sense of purpose, discipline, and camaraderie.

FNC is more than a training program; it is a self-sustaining, veteran-led community. Veterans will work 20 hours per week on practical projects such as construction, woodworking, IT infrastructure, and sustainable farming, while studying 12 hours per week in the FNC remote learning center. Those who excel will be given the opportunity to continue developing their skills remotely while working for FNC. The program also features an on-site modular data center, connected to FNC headquarters via a dedicated fiber loop, ensuring secure operations, training, and job placement in IT and cybersecurity.

Furthermore, FNC offers affordable homeownership programs, where veterans apply for a home built by their peers. Veterans must assemble a team or pay fellow veterans to build their home, utilizing materials and additional funding from FNC. Once completed, FNC sells the home at cost to the veteran, ensuring affordable housing without mortgage traps.
